EFN TRAINING SYSTEM:
Once we’ve determined if the person is the right fit for the company we enroll them in our proprietary online training program. This technology is self paced and completed with an on-line sales trainer. Everything from the basics of sales to the conversation with the senior is covered.
EFN ONLINE LEAD TRACKING:
After the completion of training, the new sales professional is trained on using its EFN Online system to help track and manage their lead flow. Utilizing this tool creates the most efficient sales process possible. Creating higher close ratio’s and lower cost of customer acquisition.
